All our services are tailor-made to suit an individual Child/Young Person’s care plan. The Care Plans are reviewed as per statutory requirements with the referring Local Authority are based on the Best Interests of each individual Child/Young Person.
Trio aims to provide an excellent service to all our Children/young people by including them through Direct Working in all aspects of their care planning where we ensure their voices are heard when making all decisions about their lives.
As an independent provider, Trio is managed by qualified health care professionals and as such all services are embedded in the Ethos of Promoting the Welfare, Safety and Independence of all Children/Young People who are placed in our service(s).
24/7 Supported Accommodation with CCTV coverage to ensure the security and safety of all young people. The CCTV equipment is located at the front and rear of the building and is used to provide a safer, more secure environment for Children/Young People to prevent bullying, vandalism and helps to protect the property. Trio ensures that the equipment is not intrusive.
We provide a range of tailored support services to ensure the general safety and Wellbeing of all young people to enable them to transit safely to independent living accommodation in the community. Young people are supported to develop their independent living skills and achieve their personal goals – whether that is to enrol in Education/training, get a job, have their own home or make new friends.
All support is on-going and 1:1 support is offered through Weekly Key Work Sessions and is aimed at helping our Children/Young People to build their confidence and independence.
We work in collaboration with other Agencies including specialist services, to ensure our Children/Young people are adequately supported through Multi-Agency working whilst matching and meeting their ever changing needs. We provide Weekly Reports and Monthly Reviews to the relevant involved professionals as part of a continuous assessment and support process.
Trio offers experienced and professional staff who are well trained and supported to provide an excellent service. These can also include interpreters where required.
Trio offers Community Supervised contact services to all our Children/Young People where this has been agreed in their individual care plan by the referring local authority. Contact is arranged between the young person and their family OR significant others where required or between the young person and their child(ren) where the young person is a parent
if this is in their care package. All contact arrangements are risk assessed on individual basis prior to commencement of a session.
